Hager Lang Settina, Inc., established in 1987, is an employee benefits consulting firm located in Wexford, Pennsylvania. Currently, our clients include businesses both locally and nationally, ranging in size from 2 to 4,000 employees. With more than 40 years of combined experience in the group insurance business, we bring you the stability you demand from a partner.
Hager Lang Settina, Inc. specializes in the design and implementation of employee benefit programs, including employer paid and voluntary plans. Products include group life, AD&D, disability (long term & short term), medical (fully insured & self funded), dental, vision, long term care, Section 125 and 401K savings programs.
Our primary objective is to help our clients control their costs. We provide cost-effective employee benefit programs; we then service those programs in such a manner as to ensure that they remain competitive as new products enter the marketplace. HLS represents all major insurance carriers.
Our firm was one of 18 firms selected by UPMC Health Plans to sell and service their products. We are very proud of this selection, as more than 100 agencies applied and only 18 met their qualifications. In addition to being a selected contractor with UPMC, we are a Preferred Contractor with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. We are a licensed agency with HealthAmerica, Aetna/US Healthcare, Great-West and all major insurance carriers in the tri-state area.
